MEET OUR FOUNDER
Grace has spent the past 12 years dedicated to Deaf education, working with students at all levels, from early intervention to tertiary education. As a qualified Teacher of the Deaf and NAATI accredited Auslan interpreter, she has facilitated access to learning and communication across diverse settings, including the sports field. Her experience includes positions as an Impact Coach within the Catholic School system and an adjunct lecturer at Melbourne University, specialising in Deaf Education subjects. Recognising the need for more comprehensive support services for families with deaf children, Grace established LIST Services in 2019. Her aim is to provide high-quality, genuine support tailored to the needs of Deaf and Hard of Hearing children, adults, and their families through championing access to language.
Grace brings over 12 years of specialised experience in Deaf education, leading our services with unparalleled knowledge and dedication.
We’re a unique blend of Support Workers, Teachers of the Deaf, and NAATI accredited Auslan Interpreters across Victoria.
We go beyond service delivery; actively fostering deeper connections and understanding within and around the Deaf community.
